- All devices comes with limited Marvans warranty, which covers hardware malfunction and issues. Battery health is covered under warranty only in case of “Mandatory Service Required” message. No warranty on physical & water damage.
- Once the Invoice is generated, the product is non- refundable & non-returnable. All devices are activated.
- Any dispute related to purchase or sale shall be subject to Vadodara Jurisiction only.
- If Apple warranty is available on device then Marvans is not responsible for it.
- Rule 32 R.W.S section 15 of CGST Act ,2017
